We offer worldwide shipping. You can choose the shipping method when you place your order with us.
Since Pearl Jewelry is very precious, we strongly recommend that you sign your name personally upon receiving the product.
Pearlholic.com doesn’t earn any money from your shipping charges. Our system will calculate your shipping fee automaticaly based on shipping rates given by the express company.
About Shipping Time
Every and each piece of pearl jewelry you bought from Pearlholic.com is made-to-order. We do this because we want to have more control over product quality, both for the pearls and for the intricacy of the craftsmanship. Depending on the complexity of the craft work, your items will be shipped within 3~10 business days. Please keep in mind that this is largely dependent on the season and during busy times some orders may take up to 20 business days to be shipped.
About Free Shipping
We offer world wide free shipping if you order more than 2 items at once. During holiday promotions, some items may be applied to free shipping to certain areas.
About Tax Numbers
For customers from Latino America and some other countries, your customs will need a tax number. Please kindly provide us your tax number when you place your order with us. Thanks for your cooperation!
About Custom Tax
We will ship your orders out as gift of no commercial value. However, since pearl jewelry is very precious, your customs may ask you to pay an import tax. Please kindly understand that customs tax is customer’s duty. Pearlholic.com will not cover any custom tax for your order.
It is suggested that you ask your customs about tax information before you place your order with Pearlholic.com.
About Returns & Replacement
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us. If unfortunately you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return any piece within 30 days for a refund.
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Since all our pearl jewelry is made-to-order, a restocking fee of 35% will be applied if you decide to return an item. This restocking fee applied to site-wide items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by your billing name, address, order number and reason for return. Once we receive the returned package, you should expect your return processed within one week.
Please note that all returns must be in their original condition and packaging upon return. If purchasing loose pearls, please do not mount or string the pearls if you plan on returning them, as this will void the return policy.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
